Terms of Service

Welcome to Bhavya EduHub. By subscribing to our K-12 School Management SaaS platform, you (the "Institution" or "Customer") agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Scope of Agreement

Bhavya Consultancy Services agrees to provide school database hosting, administrative dashboard panels, teacher logs, and parent-student mobile application access based on the chosen subscription tier capacity limits.

2. Account Security & Verification

The subscribing school is responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of administrator login passwords, principal keys, and accountant credentials.
• Verifying the identity of staff members granted role access keys inside the school portal.
• Ensuring student data uploads comply with local educational board data guidelines.

3. Subscription Payments & Late Dues

Our billing cycles are standard monthly or annual recurring terms:

• Subscription fees must be settled within 7 days of invoice generation.
• If dues remain unpaid for over 30 days, we reserve the right to restrict admin account access. Databases will remain cached safely for up to 90 days before permanent deletion.

4. System SLA & Maintenance

We aim for a 99.9% uptime SLA for cloud hosting dashboards:

• Routine database upgrades and security patches are scheduled between 11:00 PM and 3:00 AM IST to minimize classroom disruption.
• Bhavya Consultancy Services is not liable for system delays caused by parent-side internet providers, or biometrics hardware malfunctions.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar, India.
