We use collected information solely for operating and securing school portals:

• To run fee collections, record mark entries, track transport GPS routes, and log student attendance.
• To send transaction alerts, due date SMS notifications, and general announcements to parents.
• To troubleshoot software bugs, secure school database isolation, and process payroll slips.

• Tenant Isolation: Each school operates in an isolated tenant context. Access keys prevent cross-tenant billing or student viewing errors.
• Daily Backups: System records are backed up automatically daily to prevent server hardware loss.

4. Sharing of Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade school database directories or student directories to third-party advertisers. Data is only shared with authorized sub-processors (such as SMS/WhatsApp gateways and verified payment gateway APIs) necessary to deliver school functions.
