Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Bhavya Consultancy Services, we strive to build high-quality cloud systems and offer dedicated onboarding support. Please read our refund and cancellation terms for Bhavya EduHub subscriptions below.
1. Free Trial Period
We offer a free interactive demo walkthrough and customized sandbox databases before charging a subscription fee. This allows school administrations to evaluate student registers, class dairy logs, and fee templates beforehand.
2. 14-Day Refund Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your paid subscription setup, you can request a cancellation within 14 days of account activation:
- We will refund 100% of your paid subscription fee, deducting payment gateway processing fees.
- Setup configurations, teacher training hours, and custom data migration assistance will not carry extra charges.
3. Cancellations & Billing Terms
Schools can cancel their subscription at any time:
- Monthly Subscribers: Account remains active until the end of your current monthly cycle. No partial refunds are issued.
- Annual Subscribers: If you cancel mid-term, we calculate usage based on normal monthly rates for active months and refund the balance.
4. Refunds on Parent Payments
Bhavya Consultancy Services is not responsible for handling, reversing, or refunding transaction fees paid by parents to school bank accounts via our online fee portal. All parent refund claims, fine disputes, or double transactions must be settled directly by the school accounting desk.
